As you get older, the more prone you are to dental disease. Flossing cleans your teeth in those tiny spaces where your toothbrush can't.
- Floss regularly, make a simple routine. Ideally, once a day.
- Don't be a tight-arse amd use short threads of floss! You'll never be able to hold and control it properly.
- Don't just jam the floss between the teeth - you can make things get worse!
Take your time, be patient.
